Make Performance Max
work for you
Access, analyze, and act on PMax data without tedious downloads
One of the biggest challenges with optimizing Performance Max campaigns is accessing the data. In Google Ads, it’s scattered over a few screens, and it’s not easy to download either.
This is where Adalysis comes in. Adalysis is your PPC co-pilot, helping you automate and streamline your workflow. Our Performance Max tools are just one part of our platform. Find out how they can help you scale your PPC performance, not your workload.
Stay in control with PMax alerts
The Adalysis rule engine covers key quality control steps for PMax campaigns.
So instead of manual checks, you’ll get automatic alerts when something needs
attention. The growing list of alerts includes:
- Assets with poor performance
- Asset groups with poor ad strength
- Disapproved assets
- Missing audience signals
- Assets generated automatically by Google, which may need quality control
- Asset groups that don’t have the recommended number of assets
- PMax search terms that exist as keywords and could cannibalize your traffic
- PMax search terms that could be added as Search keywords
- PMax search terms that could be added as negative Search keywords
- Misspelled asset text
Compare, edit, and delete PMax assets
Let’s be honest: PMax asset data isn’t always easy to access in Google Ads. This is where Adalysis comes in. The Asset groups screen has everything you need on one screen. Click on any asset count to see your assets with their performance rating, approval status, and source. You can also create, edit, or delete text assets.
Performance Max search term insights
If you’re running Search or Shopping campaigns alongside Performance Max, then it pays to check PMax isn’t cannibalizing your other campaigns. Adalysis provides search term data to help you do just that. It will flag if a PMax search term:
- Exists as a keyword in Search campaigns
- Exists as a search term in Search campaigns
- Exists as a search term in Shopping campaigns
You can then decide whether to add new keywords or negatives, to control which campaign triggers the ad.
See where your PMax ads are showing
You can now view and exclude PMax placements directly in your Adalysis account — something you can’t easily do in Google Ads. This includes domains and impression counts for your PMax campaigns.
Get more control over where your ads appear. Protect your brand from low-quality or unsuitable sites. Ensure your ads appear where they actually make sense.
